We currently accept all major credit and debit cards  We now also accept payment over the phone.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee -

* Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt if an error has been made on our part (due to the personalisation aspect of the items)
* Items that are faulty will be refunded or replaced subject to availability
* We will cover all postage costs in the event of a faulty item needing to be returned

All items are sent by Royal Mail with proof of postage. Higher value items may require a signature. We aim to dispatch all orders within five working days of receiving cleared payment. Please be aware that Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until after 15 working days. If you have not received your order within 15 working days of dispatch, please email our customer service department who will escalate the matter. Before we replace any item lost in the post, we may require you to confirm this in writing for insurance purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse any order should we choose to. Any orders not accepted will be refunded using the same method as payment.

Our privacy policy is simple. We will use the information you supply as necessary to fulfill your order, and that's it. We will not pass on your details to any third parties. We will not send you unsolicited email or regular mail. We will not add you to any mailing list, unless you specifically request us to do so. We do not store any financial information that is obtained from our customers either over the phone or online.
