1)  What can you put on the badges?  We can put literally anything you want on the badges, from photos, pictures, logos and text

2)  I like the look of a badge but want to change the text, how can I do this?  When ordering there are a couple of boxes where you can fill in the details that you would like to appear on the badge, this includes the text colour, the background colour, you can change anything about the layout on our standard badges

3)   I have a photo/picture I would like on a badge but can't see how to send it?  Once the order has been paid for you will be returned to the website, a Send Photos/Pictures button will be displayed, use this to send us the image(s).  Alternatively please email the image(s) to sales@createabadge.co.uk

4)   How can I pay?  You can pay via paypal, credit and debit cards, nochex, google checkout, BACS, postal orders/cheques (all cheques and postal orders to be made out to Createabadge) or by phone.

5)  What size badges do you do?  We currently do 77mm, 55mm, 38mm and 25mm sized badges

6)  I  have a photo of many people but only want one person on the badge, can you edit images?  Yes we have software which enables us to remove backgrounds and alter images.

7)   How quickly will I receive my badge(s)?  Badges are normally completed within 3 days and sent out via the selected delivery method that is chosen at time of order, however if you require them quicker than that, then please let us know

8)  What size are your standard badges?  The standard size is 55mm however we are adding the option to purchase the standard designs in 38mm (minus 0.10p per badge) and 77mm (add 0.20p per badge)

9)  I would like individual names on the badges - how do I send  them and does it cost extra?  We do not charge extra for individually named badges, if you have many names fill in the text details as normal on the order form (minus the names), then please send us a seperate email with all the names required quoting your order number.

10)  Do you ship to Ireland?  Yes we do, we use Airmail as the standard postage, if you would like the ISF (international signed for) option then please contact us for details.
